Frequently asked questions
Do guests need an app or an account?+
No. Guests scan the QR code on the screen and enter a team name. That's it.
How many people can play?+
Up to 30 teams after unlocking. A team plays on one phone, so with teams of 4 that is around 120 people.
What do I need on the day?+
A laptop or computer connected to a TV or projector, internet, and a smartphone per team. You present from your own phone.
How long does a quiz take?+
Count on 2–3 minutes per question. 15–25 questions make a lovely 45–60 minutes, or split it into two rounds during the evening.
Can I use music?+
Yes. Upload a short clip, or use “I play it myself”: you play the song on Spotify or YouTube and the screen counts down. Our built-in sounds are royalty-free. At a private party at home playing music is usually fine; at a venue the venue's music licence applies.
Which languages are available?+
English, Dutch, French and German. You choose the language of the screen and the phones per party; the app itself can be in another language.
Can someone help me present?+
Yes. Add co-hosts by email, or give the presenter PIN to someone on the day.
What happens to my photos and questions?+
They are only used for your party. You can download a backup at any time and delete everything yourself. See our privacy policy.
What if the internet drops for a moment?+
Phones and the screen reconnect automatically and nobody loses their answers. Keep the laptop on power and use a stable network.
