Is it really a one-off payment?+
Yes. You pay once per party and there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
When should I pay?+
Only when you are happy with your quiz. Building, testing and practising with up to 3 teams is free.
When do the 90 days start?+
On the moment you unlock the party. Unlock a few weeks before the party, so you have time to prepare and practise.
Can I get a refund?+
Before unlocking, you pay nothing. Once unlocked you lose the 14-day withdrawal right (you ask for immediate access). If the quiz could not be played because of a problem on our side, contact us and we refund you.
Do I get an invoice for my company?+
Yes. You receive a receipt and invoice by email; you can add your company details during payment.
