Teams across generations
Mix the generations in every team: a grandparent, a parent, a teenager and a younger child. The teenager handles the phone, the grandparent knows the family history and the child shouts the loudest answer. Teams of three to six work best, and one phone per team is enough.
💡 Choose the “kids” visual style if many young children are playing, or a more elegant style for a formal reunion. All five styles work with any accent colour.
Family history as questions
- •Old photos: “Who is the baby in this photo?” or a photo reveal of a holiday from decades ago.
- •Places: the village where grandma Fatima grew up, the street of the first family home.
- •Recipes and traditions: “Which dish is always on the table at Christmas?”
- •Estimate questions: “How many grandchildren and great-grandchildren are in the room today?”
- •Live answers: grandpa Jan answers on stage, the teams guess what he will say.
Collect stories in a family group chat beforehand. The AI interview turns those facts into questions without adding anything that is not true.
A relaxed round structure
Fifteen to twenty-five questions take about 45 to 60 minutes. Start with an easy photo round, follow with family history, add a music round (play songs yourself from Spotify or YouTube while the screen counts down), and finish with a photo reveal of a family picture everyone remembers. Show the standings after each round to keep it exciting.

Frequently asked questions
Can young children play?+
Yes, as part of a team with older family members. Use photo and estimate questions so they can join in, and pick the colourful kids style.
Do grandparents need a smartphone?+
No. One phone per team is enough, so a grandchild can tap the answers while the grandparents decide.
Can relatives abroad help prepare?+
Yes. Add them as co-hosts so they can write questions and upload photos from wherever they are.
Can the family play in different languages?+
The screen language is chosen per party: English, Dutch, French or German. Questions are your own text, so you can write them in two languages if the family is multilingual.
What does it cost?+
Building and testing is free. Unlocking a party costs a one-off €59, with no subscription. Paying is possible with iDEAL, Bancontact or card.
